Construction Update – October 2022

Welcome to your October construction update for Stage 5 of Kingston Coast and surrounding projects.

Kingston Coast Stage 5

Following some substantial and persistent wet weather as of late, progress on our sites have unfortunately been impacted. This will delay our anticipated title date for the stage. However, we can report that the following items have been completed as part of our construction program. Sewer, storm water drainage installation and road excavation is complete. In-ground water and gas mains have been installed and are also complete. We are currently installing road sub-base crushed rock; which is in an advanced stage in preparation for concrete kerbing. Concrete footpaths are also underway within the stage. As a result of ongoing substantial wet weather delays, titles are anticipated for early quarter 2, 2023.

Banks Road Southern Wetlands  – Opening Soon

We are pleased to announce all landscaping works are complete and final council inspection has been carried out. A final clean will be conducted and temporary fencing will be removed over the course of next week. Our Banks Road, Southern Wetlands will then be open for residents to enjoy.
