Construction Update – December 2023
Welcome to your December update for Stage 5 of Kingston Coast.
Kingston Coast Stage 5
Wet weather has continued to hamper effort’s; however, we are pleased to advise that Phase 6, Electrical and Communications works, are complete. Phase 7 of our construction process is well underway and making progress. Light poles are installed, footpaths and driveway crossovers are nearing completion. We anticipate the asphalting of roads, line marking, road signage installation and top soiling to begin in January 2023. When these items are completed, a final clean is conducted. Works are anticipated to be completed in February 2023 in readiness for council and relevant authority inspection.
Titles are anticipated for Quarter 2, 2023.
Banks Road Southern Wetlands – OPEN!

Open Space Reserve – Stage 4 – OPEN!
We are pleased to announce our Open Space Reserve located at Allanwood Street and Shorebreak Way is open for residents to enjoy.
